Application of ICT in tourism and hospitality. Digital marketing in tourism.

Computer reservation system, introduction, evolution & Need for CRS, Amadeus Software

Tourism Mobile Apps:

Concept, nature, characteristics and scope, mobile application related to hotel and various payment gateways (case studies on OYO and Trivago)
