Activity : Celebration of World Tourism Day

Details : The department celebrated World Tourism day on campus. Students participated in Quiz and Collage making activity related to various destinations, and cultural aspects of tourism industry. They also wished faculty and staff individually. On this occasion a small video on “heritage and cultural aspects of Indian tourism” was played for the student of MTB, BBA-ATM and MBA-TTM. This Year Theme for the world tourism day is “rethink tourism”.

Purpose: It was meant to bring about awareness about World Tourism Day, theme for the year. Student came to know about various destination of India, Cultural aspects, Religious and historical monuments etc.  Students attempted to imbibe historical and cultural learning related to destinations spreading across length and breadth of India.
