  • Understand the basics of aircraft operation
  • Gain knowledge of the procedures while take off , In –flight and while landing.
  • Information on different types of Aircraft and their seat configuration
  • Understand the interior layout of the air craft and In-flight services.
  • Broad knowledge of outlay of  the Airport.
  • Regulations and procedures on departure and arrival at the airport.

3) Fare Construction and Ticketing • Contract and quote, normal and special air fares. • International Ticketing • Identify major aspects of control & Security of accountable documents.
